THE NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY 24 MONTH/ 40,000 km COVERS:

This warranty is reserved exclusively for the original purchaser of the vehicle and does not apply to a future owner in the event of resale during the validity period. Issued by the repair shop mentioned on your invoice, this warranty may be recognized by other partner shops, whether in the United States or Canada. It is important to note that this warranty does not involve Automotive Business Solutions, its affiliates, or its employees; they simply act as the administrator. For any questions or assistance, you can contact the administrator at the provided number. The warranty is non-transferable and only covers personal, non-commercial use of the vehicle. Finally, the covered expenses will not exceed the initial amount of the service, and any additional repairs will be your responsibility.

• Air Conditioning, heating and climate control systems
• Brake system
• Engine cooling system
• Electrical system, including the starting and charging systems
• Engine performance, drivability services and repair
• Exhaust system
• Fuel system
• Ignition system
• Electronic engine management system and on-board computer systems, (engine, body, brake and suspension computers)
• Cruise control system
• Steering/suspension system, wheel bearings, CV joints/U- joints, axle Half-shafts and driveshafts
• Clutches
• Differential Repair or Service (excludes transaxles)
• Other minor repairs
  

When you make a warranty claim, the workshop can choose the most appropriate option: repair the issue, replace the defective parts, or refund you the amount for the covered repairs. Additionally, the warranty period will be extended based on the number of days your vehicle is in the workshop for warranty repairs.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICES

You must keep a copy of the original repair invoice and and present it within 90 days following the repair when requesting service under this warranty.

• If the vehicle is within a 40 km distance of the repair shop
  • The vehicle must be returned to the repair shop for warranty repair
• If the vehicle is outside a 40 km distance of the repair shop
  • The consumer must contact the warranty administrator at 1-833-371-2227, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (Eastern Time), Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays. The administrator will indicate the nearest participating establishment.
  • Under no circumstances may the cost of repairs under warranty exceed the cost of the original repair or maintenance.
  • Reimbursement will be made to the repair shop that carried out the warranty repair. If the repair shop does not agree to be reimbursed by the warranty administrator, the consumer will have to pay the amount of the repair and then make a request for reimbursement to the warranty administrator (maximum period of 90 days to make a request).
