24 MONTH NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY

THE NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY 24 MONTH/ 40,000 km COVERS:

• Air Conditioning, heating and climate control systems
• Brake system
• Engine cooling system
• Electrical system, including the starting and charging systems
• Engine performance, drivability services and repair
• Exhaust system
• Fuel system
• Ignition system
• Electronic engine management system and on-board computer systems, (engine, body, brake and suspension computers)
• Cruise control system
• Steering/suspension system, wheel bearings, CV joints/U- joints, axle Half-shafts and driveshafts
• Clutches
• Differential Repair or Service (excludes transaxles)
• Other minor repairs
  
  

HOW TO PROCEED

You must keep a copy of the original repair invoice and present it when requesting service under this warranty.

• If the vehicle is within a 40 km distance of the repair shop
  • The vehicle must be returned to the repair shop for warranty repair
• If the vehicle is outside a 40 km distance of the repair shop
  • The consumer must contact the warranty administrator at 833-371-2227, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (Eastern Time), Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays. The administrator will indicate the nearest participating establishment.
  • Under no circumstances may the cost of repairs under warranty exceed the cost of the original repair or maintenance.
  • Reimbursement will be made to the repair shop that carried out the warranty repair. If the repair shop does not agree to be reimbursed by the warranty administrator, the consumer will have to pay the amount of the repair and then make a request for reimbursement to the warranty administrator (maximum period of 90 days to make a request).
