ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WARRANTY

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE BENEFIT (BEGINS ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED ON YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS) INCLUDES:

• Towing
  • Your vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified repair facility or to the repair facility of your choice.
• Lock Out Service
  • Assistance will be provided in unlocking your vehicle in the event the keys are lost or locked inside.
• Flat Tire Changing Assistance
  • Assistance will be provided for the installation of your spare tire.
• Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
  • An emergency supply of gasoline (where permitted), oil, fluid and water will be delivered to your vehicle. You must pay for the costs of the actual fluids delivered.
• Jump Start
  • The service provider will jump start your vehicle in the event your battery becomes discharged.

• The maximum number of claims is 2 per 12-month period
• The maximum claim amount has been increased to $200 per claim.
• The roadside protection warranty is issued free of charge by the establishment from which you purchased the tires.
• Roadside assistance is offered only to clients of a service facility that is a member of the Certified Auto Service network.
• To be reimbursed, you must provide the original invoice, your information, and the paid invoice within 60 days.
• Roadside assistance is provided by independent suppliers, with no responsibility assumed by the administrator or the Facility.
• You must be present when the service provider arrives; otherwise, additional charges may apply.
• Excluded services are those not covered, such as the cost of parts, replacement keys, services performed on unmaintained roads, or on unsafe vehicles.
