TIRE WARRANTY COVERS:
The road protection warranty is valid for a period of 3 years or until any part of the tire is worn to 3/32 inch or less, whichever comes first.
- Tire replacement: If a tire becomes unserviceable due to a road hazard during the useful life of the tire tread, it will be replaced with a new tire. If possible, a replacement tire of the same brand/model will be installed. If not, a tire of comparable quality will be installed.
- Tire repair: If your tire is damaged due to a road hazard and can be safely repaired, the repair will be carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions at any participating facility.
HOW TO PROCEED
- If you are less than 40 KM away from the original selling establishment, you must return your vehicle to that repair shop for any tire repair or replacement under the warranty.
- If the vehicle is outside a 40 km distance of the repair shop, you must contact the warranty administrator at 833-371-2227, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (Eastern Time), Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays. The administrator will indicate the nearest participating establishment.
